Hi K! The Naughtiest Girl books might be a good place to start, although they're probably very un-PC these days. I have quite a few friends whose kids have started on the Harry Potter books at her age - the first two are kid-friendly.

There's also Witch Week by Diana Wynne Jones, which I remember reading as a kid, but it might be a little beyond her at the moment.

I'll let you know if I come across anything else! There must be a few more modern ones out there these days?
