Ah, I see. This would be one of the many reasons why I'm not comfortable with concepts like "white" - they tend to be misleading!
But the boat people stuff is ridiculous, yes. It's a pity that a nation that is build on immigration is so anti-immigration, frankly. It gets some seriously distressing results.
